UGT Glass Fabrication Installs EnduroShield X-Line for Automated Glass Coating

The new X-Line machine provides UGT Glass Fabrication with an automated, high-speed solution for applying EnduroShield easy clean glass protection. Designed for glass fabricators looking to increase efficiency, improve coating consistency and add value to their glass products, the X-Line streamlines the application process while helping reduce double handling and labor demands.

EnduroShield’s X-Line technology allows fabricators to apply single- or double-sided protective coatings in one seamless pass. The X-Line system uses precision sprayers and automated controls to deliver consistent coverage across each lite of glass, helping ensure the right amount of coating is applied every time.

The installation was completed by EnduroShield Application Engineer Mark Dumas, who worked with the UGT team to install, calibrate and commission the machine for production.
