TK S.r.l., a leading Italian manufacturer of high-quality glass processing machinery, is proud to announce the release of a new, highly detailed 3D video dedicated to its renowned TK Chemical Temper ovens.

The TK Chemical Temper ovens, designed and produced entirely in TK's headquarters in Erba, are at the forefront of chemical tempering technology. This process, a sophisticated method of strengthening glass, significantly enhances its resistance to impact and flexural stress by a process of ion exchange in a molten salt bath. Unlike traditional thermal tempering, chemical tempering is ideal for treating very thin or complex-shaped glass, making it invaluable for applications in the automotive, architectural, and electronics sectors, among others.

The new 3D video provides a comprehensive, "inside-the-machine" look at the entire chemical tempering cycle. Viewers will be able to follow the glass's journey through the various stages of the process, from pre-heating and immersion in the salt tank to the final cooling phase. The animation highlights key technical specifications, such as the thick stainless steel salt tank, the programmable touch screen operator panel, and the electromechanical glass lifting system.

The video is a testament to TK commitment to innovation and customer service, offering a powerful sales and training tool that complements the company's existing remote support systems, such as TKonnect 4.0. It reinforces the company's global presence and its dedication to providing tailored, high-performance solutions to its clients in over 70 countries.

The new 3D video is now available on TK social media channels.
