Gabriele Tedesco will support the RCN technical department for development and upgrades of plants and new projects.

R.C.N. SOLUTIONS is proud to announce a new entry: Gabriele Tedesco, expert in machine design, construction and automation systems, who will support the RCN technical department for development and upgrades of plants and new projects.

New product design and development are crucial points for the grow of a company and for all those companies that are future-oriented.

This project involves investments in research and in human sources too, a prerequisite for a gradual evolution in innovation, a key point for improvement, and an imperative for technological progress.   

R&D generates new knowledge based on the understanding of the market and of the users’ needs from their point of view.

Gabriele will be responsible for 3D design and modelling, and will work into the RCN R&D department cooperating with the other colleagues and the production manager to meet the customers’ requirements for customization and explore other specialized solutions.

As qualified engineer, Gabriele Tedesco has several years of experience in industry and knows the sources to control process, improving production efficiency.
