Global manufacturer set to treat glass products with Diamon-Fusion® protective coating using fully automated DFI glass coating machinery.

Lippert™ is a leading, global manufacturer and supplier of highly engineered products and customized solutions for the RV, marine, automotive, commercial vehicle, and building products industries. Today, the company announced the installation of DFI’s FuseCube™ Express and plan to offer Diamon-Fusion® protective coating on their various glass product lines.

Transparent and ultra-thin, Diamon-Fusion is a protective coating that transforms ordinary glass into a high-performing, water-repellent surface. Its patented two-step process chemically bonds to the glass creating a UV resistant, protective barrier and is currently offered in over 3,500 car dealerships across the country.

The FuseCube™ Express is a fully automated glass coating machine that streamlines the application of Diamon-Fusion® through a proprietary chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process. The efficiency of the machine allows Lippert™ to deliver uniform application and an advanced coating process to all their glass.

Guided by three generations of family leadership, Lippert™ has grown tremendously over the last several decades. Founded in 1956 by Larry Lippert, the company began as a galvanized and aluminum roofing business for the manufactured housing industry.
