What to Expect at the HEGLA Booth
From fully automated glass cutting systems to intelligent sorting solutions and digital process control, attendees will have the opportunity to experience technology designed to make a measurable difference on the shop floor.
- Galactic Cutting System – A fully automated cutting system for float and ornamental glass, combining high cutting accuracy with cycle times that noticeably increase throughput. Company experts will be on hand to demonstrate the system and walk attendees through its features.
- Vacuum Lifting Equipment for Safe Glass Handling – HEGLA will present vacuum lifting solutions tailored to a range of needs, from large-format single panes to integration into existing glass processing lines, supporting both efficiency and safety in production.
- Vertical ReMaster – Remnant Sheet Storage – This system stores leftover glass sheets in a space-saving manner and automatically feeds them back for future cuts, reducing waste and increasing yield per sheet.
- SortJet Sorting System – Designed to maintain a continuous glass flow from the cutting table through downstream processing, the SortJet reduces the risk of damaged or missing panes through system-controlled workflows.
- Laser Technology for Functional Glass – In collaboration with HEGLA boraident, the company will present laser-based solutions that add functionality to glass, including bird protection glass, improved mobile signal permeability, and decorative finishing, without compromising optical quality.
