Glaston Group has closed a deal for two B’VARIO TPS® insulating glass lines to French window manufacturer TRYBA®.

The order is booked in Glaston’s Q1/2020 order book. The B’VARIO TPS® insulating glass line is an individually configurable production line for insulating glass units equipped with Thermo Plastic Spacer TPS®.

The insulating glass line B’VARIO TPS® offers an unique, versatile and individual production system. The fully automated line enables high productivity, quality and flexibility due to the state-of-the-art quality of the machines in combination with the direct application of the TPS® Thermo Plastic Spacer onto the glass plate. The TPS®  «warm edge» technology was introduced to the market more than 25 years ago and is an advantage that is highly appreciated by the customers.

TRYBA®, specializing in windows, doors, verandas and pergolas, has a strong position in the French market and is the only window manufacturer with an availability guarantee for 30 years. The company, familiar with Bystronic glass products since more than 20 years, was looking for a solution that automates and simplifies their production and reduces stocks of components used in the manufacturing of insulated glass lines. In addition, the customer wanted a flexible solution in order to be responsive to customer demand and had a desire to further improve the quality of their products.

“We want to support our customers to succeed in their business and therefore we listen very carefully to their needs and expectations. For customers looking for an individually configurable and fully automated insulating glass production line, B’VARIO is an excellent choice as the system gives high flexibility, excellent productivity, long service life due to premium components and a lot of line expansion options”, explains Marco Stehr, head of Glaston sales in Europe.

The two B’VARIO TPS® lines with maximum dimension for insulating glass units with a height of 2.70 meters and length of 3.50 meters are scheduled for delivery in Q3 and Q4 2020.
