Parent-company merger yields Window & Door Vertical group

Following Compusoft Group’s acquisition of Soft Tech last September and 2020 Technologies’ acquisition of FeneTech last October, both FeneTech and Soft Tech will be included in a Window / Door & Glass Vertical group.

Soft Tech’s Managing Director Tyron Ball is excited about working with FeneTech in 2022 and beyond. “Soft Tech and FeneTech products are already well-positioned to complement the existing solutions that both businesses have in the market today. But, our joint collaboration going forward in this space will bring new meaning to providing a best-in-class offering for the global window and door industry. We’re looking forward to the opportunities this new relationship will open up for us as a business, as well as for the industry,”

What does this mean for FeneTech? The Window / Door & Glass Vertical businesses—FeneTech and Soft Tech—will work together to provide a complementary and comprehensive product offering to the fenestration industry worldwide. What does this mean for FeneVision customers? Good news, according to FeneTech’s Managing Director Ron Crowl. “The collaboration between FeneTech and Soft Tech will allow us to generate more resources to enhance our ever-evolving family of software solutions and further strengthen our mission to provide the best products, service and support to each and every customer—every single day.”
