In her role as CPCO, Weronika will lead programs to acquire, develop, and retain top talent to enable Cyncly’s sustained growth.

With over 15 years of experience in human resources, Weronika has a strong track record of driving organizational transformation, talent management, and positive employee experience. She joins Cyncly to support the company’s strategy to transform how spaces for living are imagined, designed, sold, managed, and made.
