Crouse Promoted to Vice President, ABRA-Tennessee

ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a national damaged vehicle repair company, announced the appointment of Don Crouse as Vice President of ABRA-Tennessee.

In this position, Crouse will be responsible for leading repair centers in the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, performance excellence, revenue growth, estimate and repair quality, and cycle-time enhancement.

Crouse joined ABRA in 1994, and served as General Manager of both ABRA-Covington Pike and ABRA-Elmore Road. In May 2004 he was promoted to Operations Manager of the Tennessee market. Crouse, who has been in the damaged vehicle repair industry since 1988, stated, “Before joining ABRA, I had been aware of their organization for years, and was thrilled when the opportunity to join their team became available. ABRA’s business philosophy very closely parallels mine.

They believe in delivering great value to insurance partners, and best-in-class service to their insureds. They are also dedicated to offering their team members industry-leading education, which translates into ABRA recruiting and retaining the best people. ABRA is highly regarded not only in the Tennessee market, but nationally. I am thrilled to be a part of the company that’s leading the industry!”
