Enrico Aureli appointed President of Board of Directors.

On May 24, 2021 the new Board of Directors of CMS SpA was appointed with Enrico Aureli (President), Giovanni Negri (CEO) and Marco Mancini (Counsellor).

Enrico Aureli, already in the Board in Scm Group and CEO of Aetna Group, Italian world leader in the packaging sector, specialized in end-line solutions, now has also the role of President of CMS SpA.

Marco Aceti leaves the Board of Directors. All the Group thanks Marco for the important job done and for the strategic help in the Company's growth, especially in Advanced Materials and Composites processing technologies.

The new President Enrico Aureli, together with Marco Mancini and Giovanni Negri, confirms the strategic vision to increase the presence of CMS all over the sectors and markets of reference, strengthening the strategic positioning of CMS products and underlining again the DNA that has always characterized the Company: deep understanding of customers’ needs and high level of specialization to supply unique added value to customers with a view to being a “technological partner”.
