Enrico Aureli appointed President of Board of Directors.

On May 24, 2021 the new Board of Directors of CMS SpA was appointed with Enrico Aureli (President), Giovanni Negri (CEO) and Marco Mancini (Counsellor).

Marco Aceti leaves the Board of Directors. All the Group thanks Marco for the important job done and for the strategic help in the Company's growth, especially in Advanced Materials and Composites processing technologies.
