Cifin Group acquires 100% stake in CAMäleon

Cifin Group has signed a contract to buy shares equal to 100% of the share capital of CAMäleon Produktionsautomatisierung GmbH.

The company is located in Germany, in Dettenhausen, and it is specialised in the development and distribution of software for multi-axis machining centres under PUMA System® brand.



Commenting on this operation, Valter Caiumi, President of Cifin Group, declared:

"This acquisition represents an important strategic step that will widen the software portfolio of the Group to the sector of machining centres for industrial applications.
