Customers from across the U.S. and Canada came together in Denver, Colorado, May 4–7, 2025, for A+W’s biennial User Conference—Converge ’25.

Over three informative days, fabricators, partners, and equipment suppliers gathered alongside A+W software experts and other industry leaders to network, learn, share ideas, and explore technologies shaping the future of glass, window, and door fabrication. This year’s theme, Building Tomorrow, was brought to life through engaging presentations, collaborative breakout sessions, one-on-one detailed customer sessions, and real-world success stories from A+W customers and partners.

From keynote speakers to hands-on product demos, the agenda highlighted the power of innovation to solve everyday shopfloor challenges. Ryan MacDonald of PFG Glass shared how A+W Smart Delivery has elevated their customer experience through mobile confirmations, live rejection tracking, and faster invoicing. Attendees also got a front-row seat to new software solutions in artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and advanced RTO technology. A+W officially introduced its latest innovations for customers in attendance. A significant product announcement coming at GlassBuild 2025 in Orlando, Florida. Be on the lookout!

Networking is also important. We had a great outing at Pindustry Monday evening: A+W's Jennifer (on the right) with Indy Glass Center's Nick and Mickey.

Whether diving into SSRS reporting, learning about new project management features, or touring our virtual Glass Lab, attendees saw firsthand how A+W is using smart software to turn complexity into opportunity. And of course, it wasn’t all tech and tools—networking receptions, team dinners, and hallway chats offered plenty of time to catch up, connect, and ask questions of A+W’s experts.

One thing hasn’t changed throughout the years: your voice and its importance to our development initiatives. Every conversation helps steer the development of future A+W products. If you missed Converge ’25, there’s always next time—see you in 2027. To learn more about what A+W can do for your operation, contact Josh Rudd or Chris Kammer. Let’s build your tomorrow—today.
