Temper Scanner 5D
Viprotron is proud to present their latest innovation at GlassBuild 2023, the Temper Scanner 5D. Viprotron's strong focus on defect detection in insulated glass has steadily expanded over the years to include cutting, fabrication, lamination and finally tempering. Their highly advanced and very precise technology for detecting Roller Wave and Edge Kink distortions will enhance our award-winning Anisotropy + Haze Scanner by adding them together in one system. In fact, there are a total of five functions (Roller Wave/ Edge Kink, Anisotropy, Haze, Brightfield & Reflection Channel for optical defects) which are available in one complete package, a first in the industry! And, they can be installed as individual scanners or combined in any configuration as one scanner to suit the needs of our clients. Create process stability and a reliable quality standard with regard to optical distortion, edge kink, white haze, anisotropies and typical glass and coating defects. The system is designed to allow for the optimization of the tempering process and ensure reliable results.
