Viprotron has unveiled its latest innovation — the Bow Sensor, a cutting-edge solution designed to detect and control glass deformations, or “bows,” early in the production process.

Curved or bent glass panes can cause costly downtime, rejects, or damage in later stages such as lamination, insulating glass production, or handling. The new Bow Sensor identifies these issues at an early stage, allowing manufacturers to correct them before they impact quality or efficiency.

By stabilizing production processes, the Bow Sensor helps ensure consistent quality, reduced risk, and improved cost-effectiveness — setting a new standard for precision and reliability in glass manufacturing.
