Vinylmax has recently implemented FeneTech’s FeneVision ERP solution in its 150,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Hamilton, Ohio.

With a focus on custom residential windows, Vinylmax selected FeneVision to enhance the speed and quality of the hundreds of thousands of windows the company manufactures each year.

Vinylmax was founded in 1982 by the Doerger family, who have a passion for homes and the families who live in them.

In its 35-year history, the Doergers have observed that although Vinylmax’s goals have remained steadfast, market demands have changed, leading the second generation of Doergers to seek a new software platform that could be customized to meet and exceed the company’s ultimate goal of providing an extraordinary customer experience.

Serving dealers and distributors in 30 states with an industry-benchmark 4-day lead time, Vinylmax sought an ERP system that could, among other features, place a powerful tool directly into the hands of its customers.

Vinylmax president Laura Doerger-Roberts explains why FeneVision is such a good fit. “FeneVision’s WEB Center allows 24-hour access from any connected device. We no longer live in a 9 to 5 world, and customers want access to our system 24 / 7.”

In addition to its customer-friendly WEB Center, FeneVision offers capacity planning, equipment interfaces and logistics modules that allow Vinylmax to meet its lightning-quick lead times.

FeneTech’s mission to provide the best ERP products, service and support for its customers, along with its software’s uniquely integrated and flexible design, is a great fit for Vinylmax’s state-of-the-art approach to manufacturing.

Matched with Vinylmax’s ongoing mission of providing competitively priced, high-quality windows in a timely manner, the two companies are poised to complement each with this strategic partnership.

FeneTech’s Matt Batcha is excited to be partnering with one of the top companies in window manufacturing.

“Throughout our two decades as an ERP provider to the fenestration industry, FeneTech has continually invested in technology to further advance the software to meet our customers’ evolving requirements. Vinylmax and FeneTech share a common goal of providing the best customer service.  We look forward to continuing to provide solutions to Vinylmax which will enable them to offer their customers the absolute best quality windows.”
