Furnaces for glass tempering:

-Model HTPO:
Oscillating horizontal glass tempering system with rollers. This system includes 5 sections: loading, furnace, tempering, cooling, unloading. Driving rollers system by double belt. Oleodinamic system for the opening and the closure furnace. Temperatures control by multiareas feelers. Tempering section: hoods with double speed motion, with positioning control by linear sensor. Cooling hoods with shutters for adjustment pressures. Loading and unloading with retracting bars with rollers for the sideways load and unload glass (only on great dimension furnaces.) Main electrical panel with computer PLC Touch Screen and selectors for manual working. Tempering and cooling fan with its own control panel.


Kilns for fusing glass:

-T/L New System:
Single-layer electric kiln ideal for firing glass quickly and evenly. Tubular structure with pre-painted die-formed panels. Consisting of 1 heating crown with heating elements on quartz tubes and 2 cars on rails moved by hand and with automatic hydraulic drive system. Opening and closing is manual by means of hydraulic pistons. Chamber temperature is controlled by means of 1 T/F 11 programmer (memory capacity 9 programs of 8 sections) which, assisted by additional programmers, provides unrivalled uniformity of temperature across the entire car surface.

-T/L Monocar:
