Thermoseal Group is the UK's leading manufacturer and supplier of insulated glass (IG) sealed unit components. Our flagship brands are Thermobar and Thermoflex warm edge spacers. These spacer systems are Passive House approved, highest performance - 0.14W/mK and 0.135W/mK respectively.

We have over 35 years experience in supplying to the window industry. Our manufacturing facility is award-winning, with quality backing of our innovation centre which sees continued investment. We now supply over 1,500 IG components.

We understand the conditions within a glazing unit and how each component performs within the lifetime of the unit. This helps us to ensure that the components we manufacture and supply are second-to-none.
