Stefan Frye took up the role of Managing Director at RAL Guetegemeinschaft Kunststoff-Fensterprofilsysteme e. V. (GKFP) on 1 November 2025.

With his broad expertise in the logistics, e-commerce, automation, packaging, and IT sectors, Frye brings extensive experience to the table, including in the circular economy and the development of sustainable business models.

Christian Fischer (Schüco Polymer Technologies KG), Chairman of the Board of Directors, welcomes the new Managing Director: "Your appointment marks the beginning of a new chapter for GKFP. I wish you the calmness you need to make clear decisions. May your work further strengthen the community and pave the way for a sustainable profile industry."

In his previous professional positions, Frye was particularly responsible for opening up new business areas, developing innovative product strategies and optimizing operational processes. In addition, he attached great importance to establishing and managing collaborations with partners from industry, trade, technology and politics.

"I am very much looking forward to working with the dedicated team at RAL Guetegemeinschaft. In my new role, I will be particularly focused on driving forward digitalisation in order to further optimise processes in the industry and strengthen cooperation between our members. Promoting the circular economy is also a key concern for me. Sustainable business models are the key to making the PVC profile industry fit for the future and making a positive contribution to reducing resource consumption and CO2 emissions.," says Stefan Frye about his new role.
