HORN installs first container glass furnace in the state of Tamil Nadu

The newly constructed 230 t/d end fired furnace is the first-ever container glass furnace to be established in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. The facility is equipped with most modern manufacturing technology and equipment by HORN to produce container glass products to the highest quality standards. The plant will produce glass containers in flint, green and amber colours on three production lines.

This greenfield glass project was successfully completed thanks to the excellent cooperation between all project partners involved and their focus on best quality as well as a smooth performance.
