Guardian Glass has completed the transition of all clear float and fabricated glass production to Guardian ExtraClear® float glass in continental Europe.

In response to continuing industry trends for higher transparency and neutral glass, Guardian Glass has now completed the transition of all clear float and fabricated glass production to Guardian ExtraClear® float glass in continental Europe.

As a result, Guardian ClimaGuard® Premium2 glass has become Guardian’s standard 1.1 Ug value thermal insulation glass for residential applications in this region.

Guardian ExtraClear glass offers higher light transmission and a more natural and neutral colour in a wide range of applications. It can be fabricated, laminated, painted, cut and tempered like ordinary float glass.

Guardian ClimaGuard Premium2 offers an exceptionally high level of light transmission that makes it particularly suitable for triple glazing, combined with a high solar heat gain to create a pleasant indoor environment.

Guardian Glass is exhibiting in hall 10/stand A28 at glasstec (20-23 September 2016) in Düsseldorf, Germany. For more information please visit www.guardianglasstec.com.
