The double-glazed facades create a monumental effect even while extending the advantages of a comfort glass for SEZ.

The EON is a Special Economic Zone located in the eastern corridor of Pune. This LEED Gold Certified SEZ has a built-up area of 4,000,000 sq.ft. spanning 5 clusters and campus sprawling over 45 acres.

The magnificence of space has to be seen to be believed. The project is a representation of a ‘Free Market Democracy’ where space encourages collaboration, interaction and freedom.

Glass goes a long way in maximizing the effect of space and Saint-Gobain Glass has made its presence felt with solutions that are just perfect in the role of glass for SEZ

The EON SEZ celebrates the coming together of some of the biggest names in the IT & ITES space. A business district all its own, the EON collaborates state-of-the-art amenities to offer the best-in-class working environment for its occupants.

Incorporating the finest glass solutions was critical in ensuring the optimum work ambience, and this is precisely what SGG Antelio, as the glass for SEZ, set out to do.

A project by well-known developers, Panchshil Realty, EON SEZ underlines the firm’s commitment to environmental sustainability.

A LEED Gold certified ‘Green Building’, it incorporated several energy-efficient elements including double-glazing, acoustically treated enclosures to minimize noise pollution and prudent insulation systems.

Designed by renowned architect Niteen Parulekar and his firm Niteen Parulekar Architects Pvt. Ltd. (NPAPL), EON SEZ is a vision in SGG Antelio (Silver).

The double-glazed facades create a monumental effect even while extending the advantages of a comfort glass for SEZ.

SGG Antelio is a solar control glass that is manufactured by applying metallic oxides onto clear glass (SGG Planiclear, in this case).

The coating makes sure that the glass is fortified with several important properties like complete integration with glass surface, long-term strength and stability, solar control properties as well as a reflective appearance.

As a glass for SEZ, Antelio is just right as it ensures a uniform appearance of facades. It also provides high light transmittance so that the internal areas are well-lit and there is reduced dependence on artificial lighting.

The reduction in solar heat gain also makes sure there is considerable savings in air-conditioning. When it comes to aesthetics, SGG Antelio is an architect’s delight as it is available in many variants – curved, enameled and screen-printed.

Special Economic Zones are the convergence of companies striving to make a difference to the economy. They are a melting point of different corporate ethos and yet steeped in working towards the betterment of the economic fabric of the country.

The design and architecture of SEZ is highly conducive to establishing an ideal corporate office space. With an intelligent blend of aesthetics and functional advantages, SGG Antelio has delivered as the perfect glass for the SEZ.
