Any day they fail to serve one as well as they should have is uncomfortable. Any investment they make, like a new building in 2007, must enable them to do more for the customers.
In 2004, the company learned that support for their existing software application would soon end. As a result SIGCO researched many vendors and identified the FeneVision GLASS ERP solution as their best option. The SIGCO management states: "It is powerful, flexible and scalable “out of the box.” Requirements not part of the system were added on‐time at the quoted cost. After only five days of training, we were able to setup and configure our customers, shipping routes, pricing, inventory and products. We went live just six months later in May 2005.
