The company has recently decided to diversify its own production range, introducing a new division for the manufacturing of cutting tables for flat glass and for the selling of glass tools.CMT makes use of:

·a dynamic after-sales service, which is able to supply a qualified and complete service, even on other producers’ cutting tables.

Following its slogan Simplification through innovation, CMT presents Proficut, the new automatic table for the straight and shape cutting of flat glass.

The cutting table Proficut is based on the innovative linear brushless motors technology for the movement of bridge and carriage, detail which enables to get a working speed of 150 m/min for the bridge and 240 m/min for the carriage.

Thanks to the linear brushless motors, the client can enjoy the following peculiarities:
-no transmission gap,
-no flexibility in the transmission,
-extremely reduced maintenance,
-no periodical adjustment,
-software squaring,
-reduction in the mechanical parts’ number with consequent reduction in the costs of management and maintenance,
-reduction of the overall dimensions and weights.

The model exhibited at Glasstec will be the “Proficut 1”: the working surface of mm 1700x1200, equal to a quarter of a half jumbo glass sheet, is the ideal for clients who manufacture products of small dimensions as in the case of artistic working and medical applications.

Besides Proficut, CMT produces a full range of cutting tables according to the client’s requirements and sells many tools for glassworks and furnishing.
