Bystronic glass at China Glass 2014 in Shanghai

Entry model for industrial production of insulating glass (Hall E1, Stand 459) -- Bystronic glass will exhibit its practical entry model for industrial insulating glass production at this year’s China Glass trade fair taking place between 14 and 17 April in Shanghai.

The comfort’line offers high quality manufacturing for gas-filled insulating glass units at an excellent cost/performance ratio.In addition to the proven Bystronic glass quality, the comfort’line guarantees excellence with high productivity, low investment costs, a compact system layout and individual expansion levels.

Furthermore, the comfort’line offers an inexpensive way to quickly expand insulating glass production capacities: Up to 800 gas-filled insulating gas units can be produced in rectangles or shaped formats per shift.

Bystronic glass Preferred Partner HEGLA will present the RapidLine, the new shape cutting machine for float glass. This newly developed cutting machine is equipped with the well-proven electro-magnetic linear drives for the cutting bridge.

At China Glass, Bystronic glass will also provide an overview of the product range in the specialist field of architectural glass as well as the pre-processing of automotive glass and will provide insights into the exciting technologies.
