A+W Software Strengthens Team with the Addition of Ann Cypressi

Ann honed her industry and software knowledge at Acadia Windows & Doors in the Washington D.C. metro area, where she served as a Senior Commercial Estimator and Project Manager and Support Specialist. During her 24 years of service at Acadia Windows & Doors, Ann used her Information Technology background with a B.S. in Web Development and knowledge of multiple programming languages to vet and implement a new ERP system. This knowledge makes her a valuable hire, who has stepped in since April 2023 and made an immediate contribution to the A+W team and the needs of our customers.

In her new position at A+W Software, Ann is working under the tutelage of Mike Tetzlaff, our Head of Professional Development for A+W Cantor. Ann’s training allows her to troubleshoot customer support tickets and visit customers to implement upgrades or new software solutions.
