With deepest regrets we announce passing of Mr. Angelo Lovati.

Angelo Lovati was the CEO of Lovati Fratelli Srl. of Lovati Emilio e Angelo.

Lovatti Fratelli Srl was established in 1939, and Company is known throughout the industry for excellence in engineering. They manufacture and export all over the world a wide range of machines for shaped glass processing, which starts from the simple semiautomatic machines up to the most sophisticated CNC. Lovati F.lli: throughout 2019 celebrated its 80th anniversary of experience and continuous innovation!

He was valued by all for his professionalism, honesty and fairness, and was dedicated to work but also strongly linked to his family.

He particularly distinguished himself for his active role in GIMAV as a member of the Board of Directors and President, as a GIMAV representative for several years in the FEDERMACCHINE General Council and for the contribution given to the VITRUM International Fair as a member of the Board of Directors. He worked within the Association with a united and compact spirit for the benefit of all protagonists of the Italian glass sector.
