At A’18, some of the most creative architects, designers, and firms will share how they’re creating their own blueprint and making a difference in cities of every size all over the world.

Overview

It’s the architecture & design event of the year!

Get ready for three immersive days of what’s new and now in architecture and design, hosted in one of the most iconic cities in the world.

Over three days, we’ll explore a theme that resonates with us all: Blueprint for Better Cities.

At A’18, some of the most creative architects, designers and firms will share how they’re creating their own Blueprint for Better to make a difference in cities of every size all over the world, from London, Arkansas, to London, England.

You’ll leave New York with actionable insights you can use on your next project or to make a difference in your community on topics including diversity, equity, and inclusion; materials; energy and carbon; resilience; and design and health.

Agenda

What to expect

This year we’ve curated nearly 100 tours of the city’s best architecture in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. We’re taking over 200,000 sq. ft. of the Javits Center to host a two-day Architecture Expo featuring new products, materials, and leading building product manufacturers.

We’ve booked Hammerstein Ballroom for The Party!, Radio City Music Hall for keynotes, and the New School for Pro Series sessions. And we’re reserving Day 3 just for continuing education so you’ll have more time to take in sessions.

Our schedule includes an unrivaled range of workshops, seminars, tours, events, and expo education. There’s 350+ sessions in all. Stay tuned for keynote announcements!
