Xinyi Glass Celebrates the 10th Anniversary of its Supply Relationship with PGW in the Automobile Glass Business

Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited (“Xinyi Glass” or the “Group”) (stock code: 00868, Hong Kong), a leading integrated automobile glass, energy-saving construction glass, high quality float glass and electronic glass manufacturer, is delighted to announce that this year marks the 10th anniversary of the Group’s successful supply relationship with Pittsburgh Glass Works, LLC (“PGW”) , a leading global end-to-end product and service provider in the automotive glass industry.

Xinyi Glass and PGW have worked together under a supply partnership in the North American automobile glass replacement market since 2004. In January 2014, Xinyi Glass and PGW extended their relationship by signing a new multi-year supply agreement for Automotive Replacement Glass (“ARG”) for the North America market. The directors of Xinyi Glass expect the new supply agreement to create business opportunities for the Group with continued increase in mutual benefits to both PGW and Xinyi Glass.
