World's First Production Line of Online Ultra-white Extra-thick Glass was Born in Hainan

In recent days, on the basis of international advanced technology, the technical research & development team of Hainan AVIC Glass Material Co., Ltd. successfully produced online LOW-E ultra-white extra-thick glass, with only 15mm thick.

It marks that the first production line of online LOW-E ultra-white extra-thick glass in the world comes into being and the 15mm thick glass becomes the thickest LOW-E glass in the world.

Heat transfer coefficient of a single sheet of 15mm thick online LOW-E ultra-white extra-thick glass is 36% lower than that of common float glass. It also saves 1/3 more energy than a single sheet of common glass. If apply the glass to architecture filed, a great amount of electrical power and coal resource may be economized. The online LOW-E ultra-white extra-thick glass borned in Hainan is a symbol that Chinese glass manufacturing technology has been in the leading position world-wide. It is significant to extend international and domestic market of architectural energy-saving glass.
