Baum has more than 20 years of experience in building strong sales and customer service teams, particularly within the security sector. He has worked extensively with federal, state, and local agencies, as well as educational facilities, providing customized security solutions.

As CGH’s vice president of sales and marketing, Bob Cummings is responsible for leading both inside and outside sales teams for CGH’s architectural division—which includes J.E. With over 30 years of experience in the glass industry, he is a respected voice, who has been highly successful leading sales teams on both the glass manufacturing and fabricating sides of the industry.
