Shortening distances, streamlining services, and embracing sustainability.

In the early stages of Sparklike's history, calibrations were exclusively conducted in Finland, where the company's headquarters are located. Recognizing the global distribution of their devices prompted Sparklike to reconsider its service strategy, with a focus on reducing service lead times and adopting a sustainable approach by shortening transportation distances.

Likeminded distributors – Customer service is the core

Seeking likeminded distributors who prioritize customer service, Sparklike initiated the search for potential partners willing to incorporate Sparklike Handheld calibration services into their portfolio. The initial investigations targeted North America and Asia, given their substantial distance from Finland. Over multiple phases, Sparklike successfully established Sparklike Authorized Calibration and Service Centers in South Korea (AT Spacer) and in the US (GED Integrated Solutions)), dedicated to performing calibrations for Sparklike Handhelds. The outcome has been a resounding success, with customers expressing excellent feedback as the service significantly streamlined their operations.

Shorter service lead time and localized solutions

Building on the positive experiences in the United States and South Korea, the Sparklike Service Center concept has gained recognition. The company is actively seeking partners who recognize the value of providing calibrations for their products and are willing to commit to the Sparklike service business. This approach has been well-received in the market, leading to the exciting announcement of new calibration centers in 2024.

For device owners, this development implies that Sparklike Authorized Calibration and Service Centers for Sparklike Handheld™ located near customers will result in shorter service lead times, services in their own language, and a reduced carbon footprint due to minimized transportation distances.
