Şişecam exhibited its solar glass at the fair and informed visitors about its products.

Şişecam, one of the world’s top five global manufacturers of flat glass, participated in Solarex Istanbul, the International Solar Energy and Technologies Exhibition held at the Istanbul Expo Center between April 6-8. Şişecam informed visitors about its high-quality solar glass at the fair, where leading companies and representatives of the sector met.

Şişecam exhibited solar glass, which is produced in Sandy and Prism patterns, and used in photovoltaic modules, for the solar energy sector at Solarex Istanbul Fair. With the special Anti-Reflective coating applied to the surfaces of the solar glass, light reflections are minimized while increasing the transmittance. In this way, performance increases and high efficiency are achieved in solar panels. In addition, the strength of the solar glass is increased by tempering, and the solar panels are protected against environmental conditions.

Solar Mirror, which is newly introduced to the market by Şişecam, is a product with high solar energy reflectivity and exhibited for the first time at the Solarex Istanbul Fair.
