SageGlass will equip the world’s first pre-certified LEED Platinum building

In partnership with 3.0 University Place, SageGlass® is supplying 4,600m² of the façade of a huge commercial office building that will be under construction in Philadelphia’s University district (USA) in 2016.

An energy class A building, it meets the prerequisites for obtaining the environmental certification LEED* v4 Platinum.Saint-Gobain’s electronically tintable glazing was chosen because it optimizes the building’s energy efficiency, the thermal and visual comfort of the building’s occupants and the attractive appearance of the façade.
