NorthGlass has received renewed national recognition as its high-efficiency Triturbo Fan series is once again selected for China’s MIIT energy-saving equipment catalog.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of the People’s Republic of China has officially released the 2025 Edition of the National Catalog of Recommended Energy-Saving and Carbon Reduction Technologies & Equipment for the Industry and Information Technology Sector. Northglass’ Triturbo Fan series—specifically the GASFI-9.5a-SY-A and GASFI-14.7a-SY-D models—has been included in the High-Efficiency Energy-Saving Equipment category.

Both models exceed China’s national Grade 1 energy efficiency standard, achieving efficiency levels of over 90%. This recognition marks Northglass’ second inclusion in the MIIT catalog, following its initial selection in 2022, and further reinforces the company’s leadership in energy-efficient industrial equipment.

Compiled and issued by MIIT, the catalog aims to accelerate the adoption of advanced, practical energy-saving technologies and equipment, supporting industrial green transformation in line with national strategic objectives. The 2025 edition features more than 100 technologies and equipment solutions across multiple sectors, categorized into energy-saving and carbon-reduction technologies, and high-efficiency equipment.

The recognized Triturbo Fan series integrates advanced three-dimensional flow aerodynamic design, high-efficiency motors, and intelligent control systems, delivering excellent aerodynamic performance, operational stability, and precise energy management. One model variant features an innovative permanent magnet direct-drive design, eliminating traditional transmission components such as couplings and belts. By allowing the motor to directly drive the impeller, this design reduces energy losses, improves transmission efficiency, and enhances operational reliability.

These features make the Triturbo Fan an ideal energy-saving solution for high energy-consumption industries including steel, metallurgy, cement, and building materials.

As national policies promoting green, low-carbon manufacturing and large-scale equipment upgrades continue to advance, technological renewal in key industrial sectors is accelerating. Improving fan system efficiency has become a critical factor in reducing overall energy consumption and achieving process-wide energy savings. Thanks to their high efficiency, low noise levels, and long service life, Northglass Triturbo Fans are increasingly becoming the preferred choice for industrial users.

Looking ahead, Northglass remains committed to its philosophy of “Driving Efficiency Through Technology.” The company will continue to innovate in the high-efficiency fan sector, delivering smarter and more sustainable solutions that support industrial decarbonization and contribute to China’s broader green development goals.
