The system is deeply integrated with the factory ERP system, synchronizing production orders, inventory status, and equipment operation data in real time. Based on dynamic order requirements and the actual load of each loading station, it can automatically optimize scheduling algorithms, accurately command shuttle cars to perform operations at a stable speed of up to 40 meters per minute, and reliably access various types of raw glass with a thickness range of 3-19 millimeters and a maximum size of 6 meters by 3.3 meters.
