On January 16, 2019 profine GmbH welcomed the Minister President of the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate, Mrs. Malu Dreyer, to its Pirmasens site.

The Head of Government accepted an invitation from Dr. Peter Mrosik, owner and CEO of the profine Group.

With 1,200 employees and 110 trainees at that site, profine is one of the most important employers and industrial training companies in the region.

"It's an honor for us," said Dr. Mrosik welcoming the guest at profine´s customer information center, highlighting the company's traditionally good relationship with the state government during his speech.

After a company presentation, the Minister President visited the production halls where profine managers explained her first-hand how an extrusion line works. From here, her tour went directly to the company's toolmaking department and then to the training workshop of the system supplier.

There, the Minister President took the time to get detailed information about the vocational training at profine and to have a chat with almost every trainee.

"profine GmbH is a wonderful example of how Rhineland-Palatinate is one of the top chemical industrial sites in Germany. We have strong companies in our country with well-trained specialists”, summarized the Minister President at the end of her visit.
