New Group CEO brings 25 years of industrial automation leadership to global glassquality companies

LiteSentry, Softsolution, and Strainoptics have appointed Tim Bushaw as Group Chief Executive Officer.  He will lead operations at facilities in the U.S. and Europe, supporting the companies’ global customer base.

Tim brings 25 years of experience leading teams in industrial automation. His background is built on working directly with manufacturers, understanding how they use inspection and process-control systems on production floors, and using those insights to improve products and services.

As Group CEO, Tim will focus on three main areas:

Customer Partnership

Understanding our customers’ needs and aligning our capabilities to support them.

Product and Technical Leadership

Advancing development to solve real manufacturing challenges.

Operational and Service Excellence

Strengthening efficiency and performance across all businesses.

"Tim's experience in automation and his focus on customer partnership align with our mission, " says Gary DiDio, President. "He understands what fabricators need: systems that deliver value, support they can count on, and partners who know their business."

Tim's leadership will strengthen the capabilities that matter most to glass fabricators: accurate measurements, reliable uptime, and trusted service.
