The BSY‑A is a modular, patent‑pending breakout station designed to perform Y‑, edge‑ and residual breaks without rotating the glass sheet.

With integrated Y‑break bars, a compact footprint, and a fully electric breaking process, it delivers maximum efficiency in minimal space – suitable for glass sheets up to 6 m and beyond.

Highlights:

  • Straight Y‑ and edge breaks without 90° transport
  • Modular system design (2‑m modules + extensions)
  • 2–6 independent Y‑break bars depending on the model
  • Consistent edge quality for glass thicknesses from 2–12 mm
  • Fully automated breaking in under 12 s
  • Seamless integration into existing LiSEC lines (ARS/TBX/BTS)

Perfect for companies with a high share of Y‑breaks, limited floor space, and strict quality requirements.
