Promote the excellence of glass

The event aims to raise awareness of institutions, businesses and consumers on the excellence of glass worldwide. The Italian Glass Weeks adheres, in fact, with commitment and enthusiasm to the official program of International Year of Glass, of which it represents the most significant event in Italy and Europe.

The festival will exhibit and promote the specificity of the Italian glass industry, inviting enthusiasts, tourists, collectors, buyers and investors to appreciate the performance of glass, both in the field artistic-handcrafted than in the field industrial and design.

Call for active participation

The event will not limit itself to involving a large audience of spectators.

Indeed, The Italian Glass Weeks awaits application from any organization, institution, company or individual who shares a passion for glass and intends to organize an event or project related to this material of countless qualities.

The proposals include exhibitions, installations, workshops, conferences, guided tours and other initiatives aimed at concretely highlighting the value of glass in our society.

Applications for participation must be received by May 3, 2022 for Venice and by May 30 for Milan.
