Create visual highlights with printable glass surfaces.

The multifunctional Hueck Trigon GSP glass sandwich façade system opens up completely new possibilities for the attractive design of building shells.

This innovative design paves the way for the creation of homogeneous, full-surface glass façades without a visible structure. As designs can even be “printed onto” the opaque glass surfaces as desired, Hueck Trigon GSP offers virtually unlimited design possibilities.

Innovative and highly thermally insulated, these glass sandwich panels can be used to implement continuous glass lengths of up to 16 metres – both horizontally and vertically. A flat and extremely homogeneous appearance, made up entirely of glass, is achieved using structural glazing bonding and concealed fastenings and by dispensing with mechanical restraints.

The glass surfaces themselves can be coloured with opaque glass tones or decorated with logos, lettering, patterns or coloured areas using digital printing technology. This uses ceramic colourings that are then fired on in an “enamelling process” to form a highly resistant surface.

In building projects, the glass sandwich panel can be combined with windows and doors from the Hueck Lambda WS/DS 075 and 090 standard series, as well as with the classic Hueck Trigon mullion-transom façade, without leaving visible transitions.

As the fixed frame is concealed and the transitions are all on the same level, the façade looks as if it were cast as a single piece, even when different elements are combined. Hueck Trigon GSP can therefore be used on single building sides or in subsections without any problems.

“With this innovative system, it is now possible to create attractive visual highlights even on retail and office buildings,” explains Thomas Leimkühler, manager of Hueck’s systems division, “for example with lettering and logos or by adding a particularly stylish design to a prominent side of the façade.”

Hueck Trigon GSP is a single building component that combines the glass surface with highly effective thermal insulation and the wall itself.

At the same time, each of the panels is designed to match the various fields of application – for example, a concealed parapet wall or a corner that looks as if it is made entirely of glass. As a prefabricated building component, the glass sandwich panel is then very easy to install and allows the building to be sealed exceptionally quickly.
