HORN has successfully carried out the reconstruction of a regenerative end fired furnace at PGP Glass´ Kosamba factory in Fort Mumbai, India.

The 60 t/d furnace with four production lines is designed for the production of flint cosmetics and perfumery bottles. HORN repaired the furnace at site within the specified time frame. The furnace produced its first glass on July 16th, 2025 and is now fully operational. 

Supervision of the installation, heat-up and commissioning was managed by HORN experts and its subsidiary HORN India Pvt. Ltd.

HORN is proud to have once again collaborated with PGP and wishes the Indian premium supplier a long and successful furnace campaign.
