GLASS NATTER Regensburg - Successful LineScanner acceptance including the option to check the overall bending of glass.

At the end of may, "Isolar glass Ostbayern" activated the 1st LineScanner from Softsolution in their company. The LineScanner has the task to check the quality of single glasses on Lisec’s fully automatic insulating glass line.

Together with Ms. Natter (CEO) and Mr. Köhl (Operating Manager) a pilot project was initiated to test the overall bending of glass.

Softsolution succeeded to introduce the world's first installation of the new option on the market. Furthermore the LineScanner is equipped with the latest software version, which allows to adjust the sensitivity of the LineScanner.

By using a slider and a preview window, artifacts can be exactly defined and displayed as mistakes. Thus, the simplest operation of a complex test system is guaranteed.

„We are very satisfied with the LineScanner from Softsolution, which exceeds all our expectations. Within our company, we attach great importance to the quality of our products. Therefore, we have also decided to use the additional option to check the overall bending of glass.

A great success - and I am pleased with the results and the cooperation with Softsolution. The company is always keen to deliver quality products which are easy to install, easy to use and easy to maintain.

For us, it is of fundamental importance that new operators can work with the LineScanner as soon as possible. You realize immediately, that the LineScanner from Softsolution best possible targets here in this simplicity“, says Mr. Köhl.
