While in the Industry Pavilion, booth #17009, check out the MyGlassClass.com Learning Lab where NGA’s Workforce Development staff will provide interactive demonstrations of MyGlassClass.com online training courses.

Designed to meet the needs of the entire industry, MyGlassClass.com lets you Choose Your Path with courses for glass installers, fabricator personnel, and glazier apprentices. Chat with our staff about what courses are best for you and your team.

Courses for all Paths have recently been updated to address changes in the market, such as new product types, new installation techniques, new information from NGA technical manuals and more. The new fabricator training, MyGlassFAB, targets entry-level production personnel who are new to the industry, covering industry basics, while allowing for specific company procedures to be taught through on-the-job training.

“Because not everyone learns the same way, our updated courses put less text on the screen and each course has voice-overs," says Jenni Chase, VP, Workforce Development. "Users can see things visually demonstrated with text they can read and audio they can hear. Best of all, NGA's Board of Directors has made all MyGlassClass.com and MyGlassFAB courses free to members.”

Come experience the new courses this week at GlassBuild and find out how they fit into your company's training for new hires.
