Yahoo reported that the Enhanced Protective Glass Automotive Association (EPGAA) has appointed Kevin Reynolds of DuPont as its new treasurer, and Mark Gold of Solutia as a new board member.

Comprised of glass and laminate providers, the EPGAA works to educate consumers and the automotive industry about the benefits of using enhanced protective glass in side and rear windows, and roof applications.

"With the many changes we are seeing today in the automotive industry, it is vital that the EPGAA have skilled and knowledgeable leaders to keep up with the latest trends," said Pete Dishart, EPGAA president. "The combined 45 years of experience that Kevin and Mark bring to us will be a great asset to the EPGAA."

Reynolds, Americas product manager of DuPont Glass Laminating Solutions, brings 12 years of industry experience to the EPGAA. At DuPont, he is responsible for new product development and improvement teams, the worldwide automotive product line, and the technical service and development labs.
