China Specialty Glass postpones Annual Report 2013 publication

Date: 2 May 2014

China Specialty Glass AG ("CSG"), holding company of one of the largest producers of security glass in China, will publish its annual report for the financial year 2013 as well as its Q1 report later than expected.

After having started the preliminary audit, CSG’s auditor Warth & Klein Grant Thornton AG requested various additional information and evidences regarding the financial figures 2013 from the company.Amongst others, documents from third parties such as customers or distributors of CSG are outstanding. Due to local common business practices the company has a limited influence on receiving the complete set of required documents. CSG fully cooperates with the auditors and tries to meet the requirements by providing alternative solutions. Until now no agreement with Warth & Klein Grant Thornton AG could be reached, but CSG will continue the discussion with the auditor. Under the current circumstances CSG will not be able to publish its annual report for the financial year 2013 as planned on April 30, 2014. Consequently also the Q1 report 2014 will be delayed.

The new dates for publication of the Annual Report 2013 and the interim reports 2014 will be provided as soon as a reliable timelines can be confirmed.
