The judge will soon assign the company, which will keep the business and retain 125 jobs.

The company from Sant Cugat Brand Corner is the one that has presented the best offer for the production unit of Cristales Curvados (Cricursa) which has an important factory in Granollers and two more in Lérida. The commercial court 6 of Barcelona will have to decide in the next few days if it is inclined towards this offer in which the workers risk their future.

Brand Corner, is a company specialized in buying companies in difficulty in order to refloat them. The offer presented within the framework of the company's creditor contest – which owes 60 million euros – amounts to 15.4 million euros and will mean the continuity of only 125 workers of the 270 that make up the workforce. Of these 140 are in Granollers.

The other bidder, the Leonese Tvitec, was left behind by offering 14.7 million.
