The 2020 World Congress is coming to you! Check out the full announcement to see how we're taking advantage of our virtual platform to bring you opportunities we've never before been able to.

I'm excited to announce the Facade Tectonics 2020 World Congress will take place virtually, and to share with you how we're designing this to bring opportunities we've never been able to have before.

Tired of having to choose which one session you can attend when there are others happening concurrently? This year, you can attend everything, either in person, or on-demand later. We're hearing from you this alone is a major bonus, but it's just a start! We're allowing for more deep dives into the knowledge, by presenting plenaries and peer-reviewed papers each Wednesday in August, with educational workshops held on Thursdays. There's also the poster gallery, networking opportunities, and of course the vExpo available to you.

Our best-in-class virtual platform is simply incredible in its ability to bring us all together for an engaging World Congress experience. Don't just take my word for it, view the full schedule of events and speaker program available on our website. Combine this with savings on travel and other expenses, your ability to stay home near friends and family, and absolutely no risk of someone sneezing on you, this is a win win for everyone.

I'm excited to welcome everyone who already registered for the in-person event to the new online experience. If you’re already registered for the event, no action is required on your part. All World Congress registrations have been transferred to the new platform, with the temporary exception of building tours. We are working to confirm these in a virtual format and will reach out to those who registered for tours with further information.

Not signed up yet? Register for the World Congress and educational workshops.

Interested in being a sponsor? Connect with your target audience like never before.

Have additional questions? Read our FAQ, and then reply to me here and I'll get you an answer.

I look forward to collaborating with all of you to make this year's event not only amazing in its own right, but a chance to learn how we can continue to grow our knowledge in amazing ways.

All the best,

Katie Gould
