Alucraft Ltd. are delighted to have secured a new contract with Collen Construction and Green Properties to deliver the specialist glazing facade for a new 82,000 sq ft. developement that will form part of Dublin’s most desirable and sought-after office parks, Central Park.

The new €4 million contract will see Alucraft Ltd. install the Schuco FW 60 SG stick curtain walling system to Block I of Central Park with a series of bespoke aluminium Brise Soleil profiles to selected elevations of the Henry J. Lyons designed L-shaped building.

Alucraft Ltd. will deliver a number of very large insulated glass units in the region of 3.0 meters wide x 3.8 meters high weighting over 700kg from their manufacturing facility in Cloverhill Industrial Estate. Their scope of work also includes stainless steel glazed canopy’s, glass balustrading, aluminium rainscreen cladding and a number of revolving and hinged doors.

The development will feature state of the art LEED certified office accomodation over 8 floors with work expected to commence on site in Q1, 2018.
