Our booth (F22 - Pavilion 16) at the Glasstec fair will be particularly rich in novelties and “curios” this year.

Among the novelties introduced at Glasstec, a particular importance will be surely given to a project we have been working on for almost a year: our double edger BETA 10, first machine of a series that will soon count many models. We will not take it to our booth but we will show a video of it to anyone interested.

BETA 10 is a double edger for the processing of the flat edge with arris with 10 cup wheels (and possibility to add one corner cutting spindle) on
- Workable glass thickness: 3-25 mm
- Speed: 0,5-5 mt/min
- Glass minimum size: 220 mm
- Glass maximum size: 2.500 mm

Our double edger is equipped with an automatic system of glass squaring and centring and also with a colour touch-screen panel, conceived in order to help the machine's check, use and maintenance.

Thanks to this panel the operator can carry out the automatic and/or manual positioning of the following axes:
- mobile section opening
- glass thickness
- arrises positioning

Moreover, this device counts a very useful series of functions such as the recording of the most frequent processings, of the processed metres and many others.

The main strong points of our double edger are the modern technologies used and therefore the simple and quick setting and positioning. For this reason it is particularly suitable also for small production lots.
