Six months ago, Window Ware launched its brand new reXon silicone and sealant range. Since then, the product line has gone on to exceed all expectations by delivering the biggest month-1 sales of any new product.

What’s more, monthly sales are now on average over 600% up on that very first month and rising steadily!

Despite being a well-established brand which is sold in many countries across Europe, reXon was still relatively unheard of in the UK when our business development manager, Karl Williamson decided to bring the product range on board. Karl explains, "Even in those early days, we saw reXon's potential to meet the needs of our customers.”

He goes on to say, “These silicone products tick all the right boxes: competitive prices, smooth application, extensive choice of colours, CE certification and a quality finish. In addition, certain sealants and adhesives are available as foil ‘sausages.’ This kind of packaging is not only cheaper to buy than standard cartridges, but empty sausages also take up much less room and cost 94% less to dispose of compared to traditional plastic tubes. As the world wages war on plastic waste, more ecological and economical packaging will become increasingly more popular.”

Karl’s instinct was spot on. Not only has reXon been flying off the warehouse shelves to fabricators and stockist across the nation, but it’s also been selling well to local installers and hitting targets for the Bedford-based Window Ware Trade Counter team too. The products have also received some rave reviews both from retailers and end users, particularly reXon’s 117 LMN multi-purpose neutral curing silicone. Customers really rate its ease of use, even application, excellent workability and value for money.
